U.S. Domestic Customers
Physical orders are typically sent for processing within 30 minutes (if you need to cancel, please reach out to us within that time period). Order are typically shipped out within 24-48 business hours and arrive within 4-5 business days after that. Upgrade to faster shipping at checkout for a small fee; fast ship orders cannot be canceled.
Note: Digital subscriptions are processed immediately and cannot be canceled or refunded. You will receive activation instructions by 11:59pm PT, but may some times take our automated systems up to 24 hours.
Non-U.S. Customers
Order are typically shipped out within 4 business days, and arrive within 5-7 business days after that. Due to customs paperwork, the process may take slightly longer. Orders to Europe, ANZ and Asia should expect to take 10-14 business days. Note: our shipping includes all duties and fees pre-paid for books, so customers will not need to pay anything.
